Praise God for another wonderful Medical relief completed !
Every morning as we embarked on our trip, beautiful sunrise captivated our eyes.
Partnership with God is such a wonderful blessing.
Brothers and sisters dedicated this period of time to experience God witnessing how He works in our lives. Despite the the hot weather, long hours of being in the open space, long car journey everyday, the joyful spirit just grows from within.
We shared and prayed for the patients with faith and build instant closeness between each other. Those who had joined Medical Relief for the first time just flowed with the team. In the each and every of our venue, smiles, laughter and singing filled the air. Tears of despair had changed into tears of joy and hope, knowing that Jesus is the victory and peace.
Day in and day out, we sent out the happy health talk team to the students, doctors who worked diligently round the hours, pharmacists who carefully gathered the medicine, our caring counsellors and joyful eye testers. It was evident that we are all so blessed by God and even our local team had grew in size helping in most of the logistics.
We believe that all that we do is growing with God grace. Every year we come back, we see lives changed in the lives of our new friends and our own lives too.
There was a total of 7 brothers and sisters who received water baptism with Pastor Gavin conducting the event. Brothers and sisters worshiped and witnessed with joy as the ceremony proceeded.
The Medical Relief ended with a Sunday service in 3 different venues where the Word of God was delivered into the lives of people. Letting all of us know that we have a covenant God who is a friend at all times and it is in His grace that all these are possible.
We believe that in His time His people will truly know their identity in Christ and grow in His love and grace. 1 Peter 2:9-10 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
