Blood Donation 捐血日2025

God is good all the time. Love is not limited to the church, it flows into every aspect of life.  As an action to care for our community, our church has liaised and coordinated with the Red Cross to have the blood donation since 2005.

On this day, our Care Team worked with the Red Cross to set up the area at 10:45am. The registration counter was set at the Social Hub, with the hemoglobin test section and the pre-donation interview area at the Palm Room. And the donation area with 8 beds were set at Hall 2. The event started at 11:30am so that the Love Group could give blood while the Chinese congregation was having the Sunday Service. The flow was smooth, as when the Chinese congregation ended their service, brothers and sisters proceeded to have lunch and then returned to do their blood donation. The Love Group continued to join after their service ended at around 3:30pm.

For this blood donation, from 11:30am to 6:00pm, 79 brothers, sisters, families, and friends came, and at the end, 62 were successful to give blood. This broke the past 4 years’ records. We praise the Lord for the good result, and are thankful to all those participated and supported the event.

It was encouraging that brothers and sisters came according to the arranged time, and we encouraged and supported each other in a joyful spirit. It was God’s grace that everyone did their best to boost the health, resulting in 62 successful blood donors.

“It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)

Thank God for the blood donation event. It is a good chance for us to care for the community and share God’s love.

神每時每刻都是美好的。衪的愛不僅限於教會，更流入我們生活的每個層面。自2005年起，教會每年與紅十字會合作舉辦捐血活動，以此表達對社區的關懷。

當天我們的關懷事奉團隊於上午10:45與紅十字會一起佈置會場。登記處設於Social Hub位置，捐血前的檢查、會面室設於Palm 房間; 捐血區設有8張床並設於禮堂二。捐血活動於上午11:30開始，仁愛組先在中文堂主日崇拜期間進行捐血，流程十分順暢。待中文堂主日崇拜結束後，弟兄姊妹先用餐後回來捐血，而仁愛組其他的姊妹也在崇拜結束後，下午3:30陸續加入。

在這次捐血活動中，從上午11:30到傍晚6:00，一共有79位弟兄姐妹和親友參與，最終有62位成功捐血，打破了過去四年的紀錄。我們讚美主，感謝所有參與和支持是次活動的人。

令人鼓舞的是，弟兄姐妹們按著所預約的時間前來，他們彼此以喜樂的心互相鼓勵。感恩弟兄姊妹都注意保健，使這次捐血有好成果。-

神的恩典亦祝福每個人的健康，最終有62位成功的捐血者。
