Praise the Lord for the Friend’s Day !

It is the time of the year that brothers and sisters have the opportunity to invite their friends to experience the love of the Lord.

And in the worship service of the morning,we had 33 friends accepted Christ !

This year’s theme is “Friendbook” – the Bible that contains the most important friend request of history.

In the afternoon, brothers, sisters and friends arrived the Tai Lam Country Park.  We thank God for the wonderful weather.  After settling down, Pastor Toh led us to say grace for the lunch.  Then we all shared the food that brought by brothers and sisters and care for the friends we invited.  We were excited to taste the mouth-watering food items by our “undercover chefs”!

After the delicious lunch, brothers and sisters gathered at the centre of the park for the food blessing session.  Each sub-district blessed the other with their unique food presentations.  Of course, among them there were creative and delicious items like English afternoon tea set, garden salad, and handmade desserts.  The Thai Group won the best award for the food blessing session with their spectacular dish – Baked Red Curry Seafood in a Coconut.

After the food blessing session, brothers, sisters and friends enjoyed the games session, with funny games which challenged both our physical and intellectual capabilities.

Praise the Lord for the wonderful time ,and thank God for the salvation !
