Baby Dedication

It was Baby Dedication 2012. It was a special day for 9 parents and their little ones.

Quoting from the bible , Proverbs 22:6 ‘Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.’ Pastor Gavin reminded that all parents have the responsibility to train up their children so that they will walk the right path. He also encouraged them to keep training themselves to love God with all their heart mind and soul. And in this way, they will train up their children to do the same.

Pastor Gavin re-affirmed that baby dedication is to for parents to pledge their lives to follow Christ so that their children will follow Christ with them. He then asked all parents three questions. After which they signed the certificate. The ceremony was completed with Pastor Gavin presenting presents and certificate to all 9 proud parents.

May the Lord bless them abundantly and the love of God be upon all the babies.
