Hope Elite

June 3, 2012

Praise the Lord that Hope Elite was held successfully with joyful participants and a wonderful weather.

Brothers and sisters and friends gathered together for a briefing right after Sunday Service. The event was kicked off with a prayer and participants were divided into teams. They were each given the instructions and the goal was to complete as many tasks as they could before 6pm to win the championship.

Tasks included having a healthy lunch together as a team, locating different venues, taking photos, as well as to record a video of 4×100 meters sprint relay which the participants had to complete. Besides that, each team had to submit a 1 minute video of “the most beautiful moment” which to be taken during the trip. As Father’s Day is approaching, each team had to look for a restaurant that host the most economical dinner for Father’s Day!

All the teams successfully returned to Hope Center by 6pm. Dinner time was great and everyone enjoyed the fellowship time. Right after dinner was video sharing, which had brought so much joy and laughter to all, and then awards were presented to winning teams by Pastor Gavin, followed with a group photo of all participants which brought a special remembrance for this joyful day.
