Baby Dedication

Children are our future leaders and it is important that we nurture them with God love from young.

Today, seven pairs of parents are ready to dedicate their nine children. Pastor Gavin shared the importance of parents living by example in other to guide their children. They need to be committed to raise children up biblically. Parents were invited upfront with their children and were asked if it was their desire to raise children with love of the Lord?  Are they willing to live by example? And if they will commit the children in prayers as they nurture them spiritually? Parents acknowledged their desires and willingness then signed the certificate, which was then signed by pastor Gavin and presented to them.  The auspicious ceremony completed with a prayer over them in a graceful note and a group photo.

Pastor then preached on Family relationship that likens the days of Heaven (Parenting with grace). He stated three important points, which is to speak with grace, listen with grace and empathize with grace. The message enlightened the congregation, whether married or not, with children or not. It gives us a clear direction and reflection of how to raise children in God’s way and not confused by all the worldly methods.

Praise God for such a wonderful blessing. May all the children grow in the Lord enjoying His love and grace.
